By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.


1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.


2. Payments & Refunds

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved payment apps.

  • All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

  • Services already rendered, promotional packages, and discounted offers are strictly non-refundable.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but we will confirm the cost before your service begins.


3. Health & Safety

  • For the safety of our clients and staff, please inform us of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before your service.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a condition may pose a health or safety risk.


4. Personal Items

We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings brought into the salon.


5. Service Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon so we can address it promptly.

  • Refunds are not offered once a service has been completed.

  • At our discretion, a complimentary fix or adjustment may be provided.
